CIN / Non Uniform dAY
Hazel Grove High School and Sixth Form will be supporting Children in Need, which takes place on Friday, 15th November.
We will be holding a non-uniform day for all students; this will raise students’ awareness of the invaluable work the charity carries out as well as allowing us to raise our own money for the cause. Additionally, at break and lunchtimes, there will be an opportunity to purchase Children In Need merchandise such as Pudsey ears, wristbands and badges and there will be a Bake Sale with cakes baked by our Sixth Formers. There will also be a‘Name the Bear’ competition.
It would be great to have as many students involved in raising money for this charity as possible. Students can come to school in non-uniform but we ask that they dress appropriately, sensibly and respectfully for a normal working school. There should be no coloured hair or revealing clothing.
We are asking all students to donate £1 to help raise funds for Children in Need, this will be for the non-uniform day. The donations will be collected on Tuesday, 12th November. Student donations can be handed to their form tutors at form time.
Students will need to bring in additional spending money on the Friday if they wish to make the most of the Bake Sale and other fund-raising opportunities.
